New Polish toll box available now.
From 1 July 2011, every vehicle travelling on selected sections of Polish tollroad network, and with a maximum permissible weight of over 3,5 tonnes will be required to use the electronic toll collection viaTOLL system !
According to the parliamentary Act of 7 November 2008 on amending the existing Act on public roads, this electronic toll collection will apply in Poland on toll motorways, expressways, and selected national roads.
To use the network of toll roads covered by the viaTOLL system it is necessary to register and equip the vehicle with a small on-board electronic device the viaBOX.
