The Belgian Treasury announced on January 10th 2009 that they have re-activated the TIPP reclaim on fuel purchases made in the country. Ministry officials have told Servitir that they expect that the amount of TIPP, an individual fuel duty will continue to be recoverable for an extended period of time and that the amount will vary according to periods established by the government.
